SEND Case Officer – PFA 6 months Interim Contract £280 per day/ Inside  Full Time London– Local Authority An excellent opportunity has arisen for a SEND Data Improvement Lead within a Local Authority to assist the Education Department for a period of 6 months. You will be reporting into one of the SEND Team Managers. As SEND Case Officer within the Preparation for Adulthood (PfA) team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with SEND as they transition from education into adult life. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that ensure smooth transitions into employment, further education, independent living, and community participation. This role requires close collaboration with families, schools, colleges, health services, and adult social care providers. Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with education, health, and social care partners to develop individualized transition plans for young people with SEND. Provide expert guidance and support to schools, colleges, and other stakeholders on effective PfA strategies. Monitor and evaluate the progress of young people transitioning to adulthood, ensuring that outcomes are met. We have multiple vacancies within SEND across our Education Team and across several Local Authorities nationwide, so even if you think this role isn’t quite right for you, we may well have other roles that are more suitable, so please do get in touch.
