Human Resources Advisor

Hays HR are currently recruiting for a Temporary HR Advisor to work for a company based in Wakefield.This role is varied, supporting the HR Manager, providing end to end HR support together with supporting the line managers at the site with HR queries. You will be covering full scope of employee relations, compensations and benefits, resource management, and training & development. They are looking for a motivated, driven and organised individual. Someone who is committed to carrying out their duties with integrity and confidentiality. Be capable of working with minimal supervision whilst being part of the team.
