Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with customs authorities to ensure smooth running of examinations and inspections.
• Data entry & management on cargowise software.
• Monitoring multiple inboxes and responding in a timely manner.
• Liaising with Freight Agents, hauliers ensuring a smooth process is always followed.
• Manage and monitor the movement of European and domestic road freight.

Requirements

• Previous experience working for a UK based freight Forwarder for a minimum of 5 Years.
• Experience with Road freight operations for a UK based freight forwarder is a must for this position.
• Professional, trustworthy and reliable.
• Experience with cargowise software is desirable
• Hard working, positive and proactive personality
• Road freight Experience with a UK freight forwarding company is essential.
