Electrical Sales Advisor

Are a confident, experience Electrical Sales Advisor looking to work for a well established company? We are recruiting a Sales Executive to work across 2 showrooms, offering high end customer service, product knowledge and building relationships along the way.. The right candidate will be working between both branches to achieve maximum sales whilst providing outstanding customer service on a day-to-day basis. To continually develop your knowledge so as to contribution towards the overall effectiveness and sales performances. Branches are based in Cradley and Bromsgrove Role and responsibilities of the Electrical Sales Advisor * Answer customer calls and queries received on various platforms * Meeting and greeting customers coming into the showroom * Willing to go “the extra mile” to maintain the highest levels of customer service and professionalism at all times * Effective communication of information to the customer / client base involved in receiving our service. * Support Company web-based sales activity. * Undertake non-sales activities to support the wider team’s sales activities; for example, displays, unpacking stock checks * Ensure that company systems are followed and executed correctly. * To operate Company bespoke IT system. * Please note that the role does require some manual handling of electrical products. * Any other duty deemed by the company to be in the interest of the team in achieving its objectives. Essential Skills needed for the Electrical Sales Advisor * Excellent customer service skills * Selling experience and understanding of consumer electricals is desirable but full training will be given * Ability to build rapport and communicate with customers * Competent in MS windows to a first level, in particular Excel and Word. * Ability to build product knowledge * A proactive team approach on all aspects of the work to tackle problems and identify solutions. * Excellent time management and organisational skills. * Driving licence The role will require travel between 2 branches, this will be split equally through the week. Hours will be Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm -37 hrs per week Salary £25,000 Immediate start for the right candidate
