About the Company
Our client is an established independent Facilities Management services provider looking for a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer with Air Conditioning bias to cover commercial client sites in the North West area.
Standard work hours will be: Monday Friday, 40 hours per week.

Multi-Skilled AC Engineer Requirements

• Air Conditioning qualifications (F Gas)
• Good competency level in electrical, mechanical and fabric trade
• Good working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
• Experience working with CAFM systems
• Basic IT literacy
• Effective communication skills

Multi-Skilled AC Engineer Responsibilities

• Complete PPM and Reactive works, minor improvements and capital work to include all Air Conditioning works as well as Electrical and Mechanical (within competency)
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and contract specifications.
• Address minor fabric issues.
• Provide engineering condition reports and quotations as required.
