The ideal candidate has experience developing and maintaining a comprehensive marketing technology stack and strong emphasis on architectural solutions, data engineering, and API integrations.As the Social Casino CRM Martech Manager you will:Architectural Solutions:Design and implement scalable architectural solutions tailored to Hard Rock GamesDevelop strategies for data flow and integration across various platformsEnsure robust data security and compliance with relevant regulationsProvide strategic data and technological input to refine the marketing architecture, encompassing both Hard Rock Games internal applications and external third-party vendor solutionsDevelop and maintain architectural documentation and diagrams to ensure clarity and alignment among teamsData Engineering:Oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelinesManage data warehousing solutions, ensuring data integrity and accessibilityCollaborate with data scientists and analysts to optimize data models and reporting toolsImplement data governance policies and procedures to ensure high data quality and consistencyDevelop and maintain ETL/reverse ETL processes to integrate data from various sources and move data to various channelsMonitor and optimize data infrastructure performance and scalabilityAPI Integrations:Lead the integration of various marketing tools and platforms through APIs or custom integration solutionsEnsure seamless data exchange between internal systems and third-party marketing technologiesTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptlyDevelop and maintain documentation to support integration effortsCollaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful integrations and implementationsImplement best practices for API security, versioning, and managementMarketing Tech Stack Development & Maintenance:Work alongside Acquisition and Retention teams to research, evaluate, implement, and manage new technologies that meet strategic business needs and fit within Hard Rock Games technical ecosystemCollaborate extensively and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to complete projects from defining requirements through design, development, test and deploymentMaintain and optimize the existing marketing technology stack, ensuring all tools are effectively integrated and utilizedStay updated on the latest trends and advancements in marketing technology and recommend improvementsWhat are we looking for?The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fieldPost-Graduate degree or Diploma in Marketing, Data Analytics or Business IntelligenceOver 5+ years of proven experience in building architectural solutions and data engineering and strategy, preferably within the gaming industryStrong expertise in API integrations and managing data flow between systemsExperience with developing and maintaining comprehensive marketing technology stacksUnderstanding in various marketing technologies, including CRM systems, CDPs, DMPs, marketing automation platforms, tracking and analytics toolsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issuesStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsPreferred Skills:Familiarity with gaming industry trends and marketing strategiesExperience with tools such as Braze, Optimove, Amplitude, Tableau, and Google AnalyticsKnowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSSExperience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake or AzureWhat’s in it for you?We offer our employees more than just competitive compensation.
