The Role
As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will take on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Providing clear, concise legal advice to clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve successful outcomes
- Keeping up to date with industry developments and changes in legislation
Requirements:
- Qualified Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE (or experienced Fee Earner)
- Strong experience in residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage your own caseload efficiently and independently
