Assembly Operative / Fabricator £13 per hour Bolton Full Time Our client is a world leading manufacturer of Fire shutters and rollers and have an excellent opportunity for an assembly operative / junior fabricator. With clients across a broad range of industrial and commercial sectors the company consistently wins some of the most prestigious projects in the UK. We now have an opportunity for a junior fabricator to join the manufacturing team. What the role entails. · Previous experience working on a roller shutter/fire shutter/gates/ barrier production line would be an advantage, but not essential as full training would be given to the right individual. · Previous welding experience in manufacturing advantageous · Operate all machinery with regards to the Manufacture of fire curtains, ensuring all Safe Operating procedures are adhered to at all times. · Works well under pressure and to deadlines. · Ensure all work areas are kept clean and tidy, with the successful execution of all waste. · Take ownership of any product problems or hazards and report them to Production Manager immediately. · Maintain Health & Safety standards, including the wearing of all Personal Protective Equipment at all times. · Uphold, demonstrate, and implement values that shape people’s behaviours and actions.
