Nurture Teacher

We're on the lookout for passionate and experienced Nuture Teachers to become a key player in our team. Your role will be pivotal in delivering high-quality education and support to students with diverse needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and flourish both academically, personally and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: * An innovative and 'out of the box' approach to delivering bespoke lessons to students with a range of SEND and complex needs. * Foster an inclusive environment where individuals feel safe, valued and respected. * Work collaboratively with parents, staff and external professionals to create and implement personalised learning plans. * Monitor progression on weekly basis. Assess and track students' progress, providing feedback to students and their families. * Use a variety of teaching methods, strategies and resources to inspire and motivate. * Work holistically in aiding the social and emotional development of students. Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. * Proven experience working with students with SEND and complex needs, preferably in a school or educational setting. * In-depth knowledge of various SEND conditions and effective support strategies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families. * Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a significant difference in the lives of students with SEND.
