Position Summary The Account Executive will play a key role in expanding the company’s footprint in the UK market. This full-cycle sales role includes responsibility for lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities. Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience. Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging presentations and product demos to showcase the platform’s value. Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission. Relationship Building: Maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing success and satisfaction. Market Insights: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and refine sales strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the business development team to support broader growth initiatives. Reporting: Provide weekly sales reports and pipeline updates. What They’re Looking For Experience: 3 years in a sales or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of meeting targets. Healthcare or pharmacy experience is a plus but not essential. Sales Skills: Ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals while managing the full sales cycle. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Self-Starter: Highly motivated and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, remote environment. Organization: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools like HubSpot and quick to learn new software and processes.
