USA Partnership Administrator

We are recruiting an admin role that is crucial to the success of our US business by supporting the Partnership Manager with delivering the strategy for this channel. Accountabilities in this role include preparing for key meetings, managing administration of accounts, supporting Marketing and Merchandise teams.


The focus of the role is US Dropship and Wholesale accounts, where we plan to drive growth for the region.


As Partnership Administrator the role will help and support the Partnership Manager and Junior Account Manager in the fulfilment of their responsibilities


Accountabilities

  • Prepare the data sheets accurately and on time. Liaise with all stakeholders responsible for delivering content assets including product details, samples, copy and images.
  • Loading of customer orders, ensuring availability and managing to Purchase order deadlines.
  • Total end to end management of orderbook – stock adjustments, allocations, deliveries, and communication with customer.
  • Work cross functionally with Product Development /Warehouse/Marketing/VM/Supply Chain teams to support Wholesale Team in fulfilling customer orders on time in full.
  • Provide support to Partnership Manager preparing for Account meetings.
  • Managing the showroom samples ensuring the correct collections are displayed for Market Week & other stakeholder meetings.
  • Prepare Go to Market collateral including digital order pads, catalogues.
  • Managing diary & customer appointments.
  • Uploading product imagery for partner websites
  • Undertake general ad hoc account administration tasks.

  • Computer literacy and familiarity – Word and Outlook
  • An excellent working knowledge of Excel; able to use formulas, lookups and pivots essential
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Organised and methodical with proven experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work to deadlines while under pressure, a pro-active problem solver
  • Knowledge of Business Central
  • A “can do” attitude with the associated desire to take ownership of tasks pro-actively and positively


This role is Hybrid between our Central London office (3 days per week) and home based (2 days per week).
