Senior Digital Project Manager
We are looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join our growing digital team.
Reporting into our Digital Engagement Director, you will be a central figure in the team with responsibility for the end-to-end management and performance of digital projects, including website development and digital channel campaigns for B2B and corporate audiences.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have significant previous experience of digital project methodologies and will be able to evaluate existing ways of working and implement improvements. You must also be an evangelist for all things digital, supporting other teams and clients with advice and guidance to help spot and deliver digital opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Successfully manage numerous digital projects within established timelines and budget, from initial specifications to delivery and ongoing support.
- Confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels and technical personnel on the client side.
- Foster creativity within the team, proactively addressing challenges, anticipating potential obstacles, proposing enhanced working methods, and suggesting improvements to enhance clients' experiences.

- Collaborate closely with Client Managers to ensure the seamless and efficient execution of projects.
- Supporting account management colleagues to resolve ad-hoc client requests and updates
- Continuous improvement of project management approach
- Joining new business pitches to present our digital project process
- Must be able to work from our Farringdon office 2-3 times a week, including an anchor day of each Thursday.
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience working in a similar role within a digital agency with CMS experience is a MUST.
- Significant experience of project management methodologies. Prince 2 qualified or similar.
- Experience in a client-facing role in a digital environment ideally with a corporate and B2B audience
- Comfortable working with content management systems (ideally Wordpress and Umbraco) and engaging in discussions with development partners about website updates and issues
- Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills, cultivating robust relationships, and communicating effectively with both colleagues and clients.
- Approaches challenges confidently, thinking innovatively, and taking calculated risks to identify creative solutions.
- Experience of being an active member of pitch teams
- Quality conscious and a strong attention to detail
- Further technical or hosting experience would be a bonus
