As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary liaison between the agency and their esteemed clientele, ensuring the delivery of innovative digital solutions that align with the sophistication of luxury brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with assigned luxury brand clients
- Develop and present strategic digital marketing proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to new business pitches
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on campaign performance
Requirements
- Account management experience, preferably in a luxury agency or brand setting
- Proven track record of managing luxury or premium brand accounts
