Job Title: Inside Sales
Location: Fishponds, Bristol
Pay Range/Details: £23,000 to £25,000 Per Annum + Commission (OTE £35,000 PA)
Omega is currently assisting a successful machine tool and industrial equipment supplier in their search for an Inside Sales / Telesales professional to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales experience, ideally within the machine tools or engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities Inside Sales
- Engage with existing and potential customers using the company s CRM system to identify and meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits, referring customers to internal specialists where necessary.
- Collaborate with sales and applications teams to exceed targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements Inside Sales
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in machine tools or engineering supplies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and a results-driven approach.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
