As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the manufacturing operation, leading a large team and ensuring smooth and efficient running of the factory. Reporting to the Site Director, you’ll be accountable for production, packaging, HSE, technical, and engineering.
The role demands an influential leader who can provide coaching, training, and mentorship while instilling a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, strategic leader passionate about team building and operational excellence. Continuous Improvement will be a key focus, making this position ideal for seasoned operations leaders or ambitious production managers ready to advance their careers.
To succeed, you should have a background in operations leadership within the FMCG sector, managing large teams in high-pressure environments.
