Chef De Partie (Cook) Starting 1 st September 2024 Permanent 37.5 hours per week, term-time only Working shifts between 06:30-20:00 Monday to Friday FTE: £23,114 per annum Pro-rata £18,808-£19,131 per annum including an allowance for holiday pay and shifts Wymondham College has over 400 staff dedicated to supporting World Class education. Specific Responsibilities The production and service of meals and refreshments throughout the school day; Catering for all school functions and courses held during the school term and non-term time; Monitor stock control, rotation and records; Assists in the preparation of college meals; Ensures staff and kitchen hygiene requirements are met; Ensures Health and Safety at work requirements are met; Participate in the College programme of Performance Management and Continuing Professional Development; Undertake other duties and responsibilities as the line manager may reasonably require.
