Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Backline Logistics are seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers/ Operators for a food company in Plymouth, Devon. Main duties include safe operation of forklift to load/ unload delivery vehicles and assisting with general yard duties. Previous Counterbalance forklift experience and a current forklift licence is essential. Usual hours of work will be Monday-Friday starting at 06:00am. You will be paid for a minimum 8 hours per day at £12.00 per hour PAYE. Temporary and Permanent roles available. RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS: · Operate a forklift to load and unload materials in a safe and efficient manner. · Assist with general warehouse duties including material handling, loading, and unloading. · Ability to lift heavy objects as required. · Ensure all materials are handled following safety guidelines. · You must hold an up to date Counter Balance Forklift ticket that has been accredited by an appropriate external regulatory body.
