Are you a Business Development Executive looking for a new challenge? Our client is seeking a self-starter with a commercial mindset and customer focus to increase sales in line with their business plan. As the new Business Development Executive in Commercial Waste, you will generate new client relationships and develop a new business pipeline. Working closely with the commercial waste operational team, you will be responsible for all aspects of business development from cold calling to tender presentation. You will also have the opportunity to generate bonus from cross-selling other complimentary services, such as Pest Control, Civils, Parks, and Motor transport.
👉 To be considered for this role, you should be comfortable with cold calling and conveying the benefits of the businesses succinctly. You should also have a good understanding of the full sales process, including the ability to review contracts to understand commercial viability and risk. Financially and commercially astute, you should have the ability to develop effective proposals and strategies that win profitable business. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are a must.
