To facilitate this, we are upgrading our HR technology landscape to enhance our recruitment, onboarding, data management, processes, and services.Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Administrator to join our team.In this role, you will support the implementation of our new HR technology, helping to build the governance, structure, and processes required to truly enable our business.Following the implementation phase, you will continue to support and maintain these systems on an ongoing basis.Reporting to the IT People Systems Manager, the IT HR Systems Technical Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our HR technology landscape.If you have a strong background in technical administration and are eager to contribute to a transformative project, we encourage you to apply and join us in revolutionising our HR processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the implementation of a new HR System through project into BAUWorking closely with the 1st line P&C end user support team and providing technical / 2nd line end user support of People SystemsCarrying out system administration activities, producing and maintaining related process documentationMonitoring and managing the integrations between the People, Payroll, Workforce Management, and other systemsManaging the UK&I P&C technology landscape and architectureSupporting Test and Release management processesCompliance with relevant IT General controls and data security standardsLiaising and collaborating with stakeholders, including the People & Culture (HR) department, ISS UK IT Team, ISS Group System support teams, external system providersAbout YouDemonstrable successful experience in working on successful projects with a collaborative team effortDemonstrable experience of the Employee Central/EC module on SAP SuccessFactorsExperience of supporting SAP SuccessFactorsCollaborative approach to senior stakeholder management and networkingCo-designing system solutions with end user experience at the centreSupporting and managing system integrationsUnderstanding of Data Management principles and best practicesGDPR and Data Governance policies and standardsExcellent analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent active listening, verbal, written, presentation, communication, influencing and people skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability to work in a fast-changing environment and execute with urgency, while maintaining the ability to apply sound judgement.Strong intellectual curiosity and business acumen.It would be advantageous if you also have previous experience of:ServiceNow, Jira or similar case management tools / productsDocuSign / Opentext or similar document management solutionsReporting and Data Extraction/Manipulation ToolsInterface design and technology optionsSystem implementations and data migrationThe CompanyISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
