Finance Transformation Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Finance Transformation & Integration Lead. Reporting to the Divisional Finance Controller, you will be responsible for delivering key finance transformation and integration projects across the Division, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth integration of new acquisitions and driving continuous improvement.In this role, you will lead finance integration projects for new acquisitions or additions to the Divisional structure, overseeing processes, systems, and interim solutions. You will also support core system implementation projects, helping to transition new acquisition companies from legacy systems to the chosen corporate applications and processes.Additionally, you will assist with system upgrades and implementations within the existing Divisional structure, ensuring consistency and efficiency. A key part of the role involves collaborating with IT, Group Transformation, and SME teams to ensure acquisitions are fully integrated into Divisional processes with appropriate governance.You will also help embed acquired or transferred businesses into the Divisional Finance framework and operating model, while identifying and sponsoring finance transformation opportunities that focus on process redesign, improvement initiatives, and new process development.This is a senior position within the Divisional central finance team, where you will work closely with senior management to ensure business and operational financial targets are met.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need to be a qualified finance professional with excellent diagnostic skills and the ability to resolve complex issues, whether related to systems, processes, or people.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment.Experience in finance integration or transformation projects, such as SAP migrations or the implementation of new finance systems, is highly desirable.
