Technical Operator

Our client, an established company near Bracknell is currently looking for a dynamic and skilled Technical Operator to join their innovative team near Bracknell on a full time, permanent basis. As a Technical Operator, you will be an essential part of the assembly line, ensuring the accurate and efficient assembly of our advanced and cutting-edge devices. Key Responsibilities Operating and maintaining automated equipment for the assembly of cutting-edge devices Conducting regular inspections to ensure that all products meet high standards Identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise during the assembly process Working closely with engineers and other team members to optimise production and improve processes Requirements Experience in an automated assembly environment, ideally within the manufacturing industry A meticulous approach to your work, with a commitment to quality Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Park Street People Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
