This is a generalist partnering role and will involve overseeing a certain arm of the business partnering with senior leaders and driving the business forward from a people perspective. The role involves working collaboratively with the wider HR team and autonomously ensuring the whole employee lifecycle is covered within your division. More about the role... Partnering with Business Leaders to fully understand their remit, and to effectively support with all people related matter Promote best practice across the business, presenting HR matters in a clear way ensuring managers implement HR polices and practices Work with line managers to identify key talent to retain and progress/up skill employees Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a high-performance culture measured against our company values in which people feel a sense of belonging and inspired to deliver in their role.
