The Role
- This Soft Services Facilities Manger will be responsible for the Total Facilities Management contract for one of the UKs leading alcohol manufacturers.
- You will be responsible for all Soft Services such as: Catering, Cleaning, Security, Reception, Mailroom, Water, Grounds Maintenance & Pest Control services.
- This is a single site position, managing a large site of 2-300 people.
- Due to the nature of sites you will be managing, there will be a stronger emphasis on Catering Management.
Essential Criteria
- Experience in Facilities Management with a strong focus on Soft Services, in particular Catering Management
- Extensive experience providing catering management
- Experience managing subcontractors, e.g, hard services.
- Full UK driving license.
