Despatch Team Leader
Location: Kingswinford
Hourly Rate: £14.35 - £15.38 (£28K - £30K)
Overtime Rates: Time and a third, Time and a half, and Double time (Depending on day and hours worked)
Annual Bonus: Approx. £3,000
Working Hours: 6:00 am 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Overview:
Concept Resources, working on behalf of a client, is seeking an experienced Despatch Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse in Kingswinford. This role involves managing goods in, order sheets, transport coordination, and ensuring timely dispatch of products, including exports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the despatch team and daily operations.
- Manage Goods In processes, checking deliveries for accuracy.
- Prepare and process customer orders and ensure correct dispatch.
- Coordinate transport based on pallet quantities and load lorries.
- Oversee export shipments and documentation.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
- Support general warehouse tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience (despatch and transport coordination essential).
- Team leader/supervisory experience in a similar environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of export documentation is an advantage.
- FLT license desirable but not essential.
