About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to join an International Legal 500 firm in their Restructuring and Insolvency team.Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency - Partner - Up to £125,000+ & Generous Bonus PackageDue to the continuing success of the firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency department, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Partner to work alongside its existing team to undertake a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters.The department offers specialist legal advice to a range of clients on matters involving formal insolvency arrangements, high profile CVA's, bankruptcies, company insolvencies, transactions and retention of title claims, etc.The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 5 years PQE within an established team, although applications outside of this will be considered.
