About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing comprehensive business development strategies to drive client growth and expand partnerships within the robotics sector.
• Building and managing strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner
• Collaborating closely with our recruitment and delivery teams to create tailored talent solutions
• Leading client engagement and shape strategies to expand our market presence
• Working with internal teams to identify new opportunities and deliver results

Ideally, you have previous experience in Business Development, particularly within technology recruitment. Alternatively, if you have 360 recruitment experience and excel in building strong client relationships, this role offers the perfect opportunity to transition into a more client engagement-focused position.
