People Ops Specialist

Job DescriptionMy client a start-up Fintech are looking to hire a People Operations Advisor on 2-month temporary contract. This role is based in London, but you can work largely from home. Duties will include: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries in Eastern Europe, continental Europe, UK and Ireland on HR policies, benefits, compensation and absences Support the wider HR team with key people processes such as payroll and performance reviews, Acting as the initial POC for Employee Relations issueAdministering leave Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, creating a seamless experience for new and departing employeesCoordinate new joiner sessions and handle necessary paperworkConduct exit interviews. Gather and review payroll data ensuring accuracy for submission to providers Maintain accurate employee records, benefits information, and compliance records.
