The Business Development Lead will be a critical member of the team as they continue their organic growth and will participate in training and recruiting the sales team. Salary: £60k + Commission & Company Bonus

Overview
Working closely with the Managing Director, CEO, and wider Team, your day-to-day role will focus on two key areas:
? Raising awareness of the Agency and offering
? Converting qualified opportunities into new wins for the business
Key responsibilities:
? Win new opportunities from our target blue chip clients.
? Create and implement strategic sales plans that successfully achieve business objectives
? Input on marketing strategy, and work with the marketing and creative department to develop new marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns.
? Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing clients and major contracts.
? Build an annual sales calendar of major event targets.
? Identify and enter key tender processes.
? Play a starring role on live pitches.
? Attend industry / networking events.
? Train future sales staff.
You:
? Experience heading up successful BD campaigns.
? A developed network of international brand clients.
? Leadership experience within a small sales department.
? Ability to input into the marketing function
? Experience and interest in the experiential / immersive marketing space
? An entrepreneurial outlook with a passion and skills to grow a business
? Capable of juggling multiple work streams while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
? Driven and goal orientated with experience of delivering business and revenue growth.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to clients and staff at every level of the organisation
? Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts
