About the role of Quantity Surveyor:

An experienced Quantity Surveyor/Project Surveyor needed to join the recently established London office. London branch was established 18 months ago, and projects are all valued between 1 million and 20 million. All sites are in central London with a few in the surrounding counties and every project is either CAT A, CAT B or full refurbishment and fit-out.

Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:

  • Working from tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
  • Procurement across all sub-contracting accounts.
  • Pricing, and managing change and variations.
  • Monitoring costs against tender allowances.
  • Site meetings.

Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:

  • 2+ years' experience on fit-out and refurbishment sites or a background with a fit-out contractor.
  • Based closely or easy commute to Central London.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
