Key Account Manager ·Are you looking for a BDM / Account Manager role within control and automation? ·Do you have experience managing multiple accounts across several industries, including Industrial, Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharmaceutical and the Logistics sector? ·Would you like to be a part of a world-class team? What's in it for you? ·£90k OTE ·Car / Car Allowance ·25 days Annual Leave, 8 Bank Holidays, plus buy/sell up to 5 days leave per year ·Flexible Start and Finish Times - Start between 7-10am and finish between 3-6pm, plus Flexi Fridays (manager's discretion) ·Pension contributions are 4.5% employer, subject to a 5% contribution by the employee ·Employee Health Cash Plan ·Life assurance ·Annual salary reviews What will you be doing? ·You'll be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of existing accounts with healthy pipelines, existing frameworks and business development. Where will you be doing it? ·You'll work from home with travel to Head Office, and Client Sites throughout the UK and abroad. What will you need? ·You'll have experience creating and growing sales to the benefit of a business - directly or indirectly ·You'll have a track record of developing and maintaining client relationships. ·You'll have excellent commercial and negotiation skills with a drive for outstanding customer service and high-performance culture. ·You'll understand business development performance drivers and will be able to demonstrate a broad knowledge and understanding of automation control systems We appreciate your CV may not be up to date.
