Teaching Assistant

Supply Star Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a School in Stratford-Upon-Avon who require a Teaching Assistant to join their school. You will initially be required to work through Supply Star Recruitment on a probationary period, however on successful completion of this period you will be offered a permanent contract. The school specifically support learners aged between 4 – 11 all with a statement of special needs. They support children and young people with Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties, Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities and Autism. The school is inclusive with a team of staff who have the specialist knowledge and skills to meet the needs of the students. The school is classed as a 'broad-spectrum generic' SEN school and includes students who have a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities: however all students must have a learning difficulty as their main barrier to learning. You must have a clear DBS certificate to be considered for this role. If you do not have one Supply Star Recruitment can support you in obtaining one at a cost of £50.
