We’re seeking a skilled Level 2 Field Engineer to join our team in Slough! You’ll provide hands-on support for PCs, peripherals, and network systems, helping end-users resolve technical issues and ensuring seamless operations. This dynamic role involves troubleshooting, configuring hardware, and managing various IT systems in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide onsite and desk-side support. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with PCs, printers, and mobile devices. Support video conferencing, meeting rooms, and backup systems. Assist with data center equipment and routine maintenance. Requirements: 3+ years of onsite IT support experience. Strong knowledge of Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office, and mobile devices. Familiarity with SCCM and hands-on data center support. Excellent communication skills in English. Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+; Microsoft MCP, MCSE (in progress or completed).
