Our client, a leader in the Tech industry, is seeking a Product Support Analyst to join their team. As a Product Support Analyst, you will work to ensure businesses are maximising the use of the advertising solutions.
Communicate technical resolutions, workarounds, and product information to the sales and account teams
Deliver a high-end customer experience related to support for advertising bugs, meeting all support SLAs
Identify opportunities to optimise and automate workflows and support processes
Experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries
Familiarity with advertising technologies including pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery
Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Restful APIs
Familiarity with SQL
Contract Details:
