Maintenance Engineer required for a manufacturing company who specialise in industrial containment solutions based in Livingston. The ideal candidate will come from a Mechanical and Electrical background and currently be working in a similar position. Maintenance Engineer Job Overview Maintenance and repair of all production plant equipment. Electrical Installations / upgrades / remedials. Responding to unplanned repairs and breakdowns Monitoring, fault diagnosing and repair of equipment. Undertaking preventative maintenance tasks on manufacturing & facility equipment. Assisting in the planning of scheduled maintenance. Provide support to Sales, specifying and obtaining costings for, Heating, Lighting, A/Cs as required. Produce BOMs for Production Electrics as required. Travel as required for nationwide projects. Participate in 24-hour emergency call out service and be available to carry out emergency repair work on site. Maintenance Engineer Job Requirements Clear understanding of H&S regulation and safe systems of work Knowledge of electrical/ mechanical installation and production machinery maintenance.
