As a Planning Solicitor, you will be a key member of the wider commercial property team providing planning advice to the firm’s clients, including statutory agreements, planning-related due diligence and property & land acquisition. Clients include a range of developers, some of whom are national housebuilders. Ideally your skills and experience should include: Qualified Solicitor 2-6 years PQE Extensive Planning Law experience Likely gained at a Central London or strong regional firm In addition to being part of a strong and supportive property team, you will also have all the training and personal development opportunities you need to build your career as a planning solicitor.
