This BM TRADA accredited fire safety consultancy is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their business following multiple contract awards and to support their ongoing growth in the fire protection sector. Job title: Contracts Manager Contract type: Permanent Salary: Up to £50,000/year (with salary/package reviews based on performance) Location: Office-based, North Lincolnshire The successful candidate will have: * Proven experience in contracts management within the fire protection sector, ideally for social housing/local authority clients/contracts * Experience managing sub-contracts and multi-disciplinary teams * Demonstrated track record of budget management including planning and monitoring project budgets, identifying cost saving opportunities without compromising quality, and financial reporting * Good communication skills with a variety of stakeholders including on-site teams, sub-contractors, and clients * Excellent IT and project management skills with ability to work across multiple projects * While there isn’t an expectation for this role to win new contracts or conduct business development activities, the successful candidate will be expected to actively explore opportunities in the sector and liaise with the Business Development Manager accordingly.
