Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Children's Home Registered Manager at DMD Partners Limited. Single occupancy home, The Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring the well-being and safety of the children, managing staff, and liaising with external agencies and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing a children's home or similar setting
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safeguarding procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Organizational and decision-making skills
- Relevant qualification in social work, childcare, or a related field
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent
