Due to fantastic growth over the past 3 years and recent contract awards we are looking to add to the team.This role will be focused on the recruitment of contract personnel, you will be working with companies at the front end of the Green Energy Revolution - playing a key part in helping them staff up new and ongoing projects.Over time you will become a subject matter expert in your market and seen as a role model within the business. With this there are opportunities to grow within the company in many different ways. You can fast track career wise moving in to lead, management, director and then VP roles. Or, take your career internationally and move to one of our offices in Amsterdam, Singapore, Dubai, Brisbane etc.For this position we are willing to consider candidates with recruitment experience or candidates with some sales experience that are interested in transitioning into recruitment.
