Quantity Surveyor (Civil Engineering and Groundworks) Newry £40k to £60k This position is full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday, hybrid, with occasional travel to the UK / Europe / Ireland. Benefits of the role come with a van, mobile, laptop and company pension. Day to Day Site Measurements, Estimating, Contractual Issues, Final Account negotiations. Preparation of reports and technical documentation, as well as assisting with bid and tender documentation, and contractual terms. Preparation of cost, value, and reconciliation monthly reports. Preparation and processing of quotations, bids, and tenders within client deadlines. Coordinate with Clients, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers to ensure information; costs, profitability and value meet the requirements. Experience & Qualifications Degree in Quantity Surveying and 5+ years experience. Technical knowledge of construction processes. Civil Engineering / Groundwork background.
