Main Duties:

• Calculating, negotiating and preparing ocean freight quotations
• Managing all ocean imports from start to finish
• Preparing shipping documentation
• Working collaboratively with other departments
• Following up quotes
• Developing relationships with clients and shipping lines
• Managing accounts

Requirements

• Previous experience within a freight forwarding company
• 2 + years Ocean Imports experience
• Customs regulations knowledge (Desirable)
• High level of communication skills
