About the role: We are excited to announce a part-time opportunity for a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team in September 2024. This position has become available due to an expansion in our support staff, reflecting our commitment to providing personalized assistance to our students. As a KS2 TA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting low-achieving students, helping them reach their full potential. Working closely with our passionate teachers, you will provide targeted interventions and boosters, making a significant impact on our students' academic journeys. Application Requirements:• A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.• Experience working with primary-aged children, particularly in Key Stage 2.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• An understanding of SEN and the ability to tailor support to individual needs. Key Responsibilities:• Assist in the delivery of tailored intervention programs for low-achieving students.• Work closely with teachers to support lesson planning and classroom activities.• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
