Air Conditioning Engineer - 47k + Package I am working with a leading facilities maintenance company growingwho operate in the Building Services Industry and specialise in Critical Enviornments. They value loyal candidates and offer beneficial training courses/programs to people who they believe will thrive whilst under there guidance The need is for a Static Air Conditioning Engineer to come and operate on one of their Flagship Critical Contracts based in Canary Wharf. On offer is a basic salary of 47k + overtime and package Requirements: * F-Gas Category 1 (Must Have) * City & Guilds level 2/3 in Air Conditioning * Commercial building maintenance experience in a customer-facing environment * Experience in downflow units, CRAC units and split units Responsibilities: * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to building services equipment * Carrying out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks allocated * Carrying out inspections, fault finding and diagnosis * Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levels * Completing job sheets electronically on a Tablet or Smartphone * Maintaining site-based records and log books (Fgas) * Carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping to maximise life expectancy of all equipment * Proactively working to reduce energy consumption on client sites and recommending improvements * Working to all health, safety, compliance and local policies and procedures * Maintaining excellent relationships with our Dalkia team and customers – face to face, telephone and email * Maintaining correct stock levels If interested in this role please get int ouch with Josh @ InVictus for more details
