Financial Planning & Analysis: develop & manage annual budgets, collaborating with departments for realistic financial goals; conduct regular financial forecasting, predicting future revenue, expenses, and cash flow; analyze variances between budget/forecasts and actual performance, providing recommendations to management. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Maintain a strong internal control system to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow activities, optimize working capital, and maintain healthy liquidity levels to support business growth and investment opportunities Tax Compliance: Responsible for providing tax declaration materials and monitoring the tax declaration status of outsourcing firm; Collaborate with external tax advisors to ensure compliance with British tax regulations, filing accurate tax returns, and minimizing tax liabilities while adhering to legal requirements. Financial Operations: Prepare sales invoices and sort out the invoices for monthly claim; Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and intercompany transactions, while streamlining processes for greater efficiency.
