Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

Peaple Talent have partnered with a large retail/ecommerce organisation based in the heart of London who are currently recruiting for Dynamics developers with experience of D365 and F&O. You will be joining a dynamic team developing ERP, ecommerce, CRM and BI systems to drive continual improvement across their global operations by specifying, developing, and testing key improvements to processes, integrations and systems, with a prime focus on driving our e-Commerce and wholesale business operations. Within this role you will architect, develop, configure, customise and support the delivery of business solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365, other Microsoft Business tools and in-house bespoke systems. You will also embrace and work within the method of delivering AGILE backlog items within two-week sprints to demonstrate a little and often approach to delivering change. Develop, test and deploy customisations, integrations, and new functionality within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment. Provide technical support and guidance on Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities, limitations, and best practices. Conduct system performance tuning and troubleshooting issues. Participate in code reviews and adhere to best coding practices. Provide training and support to end-users. Contribute to the resolution of Priority 1 (P1) major incidents and some limited out of hours deployments and system testing. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent demonstratable experience Must be able to travel to White City, London for next day meetings. Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations development. Strong knowledge of X++, C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps. Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O integrations and data migrations.
