Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Account/ Partner Success manager, located in London but with flexibility for some remote work. The Account/ Partner Success Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing and potential kitchen partners, monitoring performance and overall helping them succeed.


Your Job:


  • You’ll be the key driver to ensure our kitchen partners are happy and successful
  • You’ll join our rapidly growing food tech start-up, focused on scaling nationwide. This means working closely with our partners and working internally (with marketing and operations) to ensure the right levers are being pulled, and building bigger and better processes to drive growth.
  • You’ll be on hand when new sites go live and responsible for reviewing performance and identifying fixes, as well as implementing new company objectives. This role has an emphasis on relationship building and having a strong personality will set you in good stead when developing partner performance.
  • You'll be a key driver in partner KPI's and will ensure their success.


About You:

  • You’re an excellent communicator, you’re calm under pressure and you’re able to easily collaborate and work with others
  • You enjoy managing and influencing people and building relationships
  • You have strong conflict resolution skills and can navigate complex conversations
  • You’re excellent at managing your time and able to juggle multiple accounts whilst providing great service
  • You’re equally passionate about food and high quality account experience
  • You are extremely data driven
  • You are able to work well under pressure
  • You are able to be in our London office 2-3 times a week
  • Previous restaurant / commercial kitchen experience would also be good
  • Previous experience in account management would be an advantage
