Commercial Real Estate Paralegal - Newcastle Upon Tyne

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced and well-educated Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join this well-respected law firm based in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a permanent, full-time position. In this role, the successful candidate will primarily be dealing with a range of transactions and administrative tasks across a variety of sectors including portfolios, landlord and tenant work, investment transactional work, real estate development and general commercial property work. They will be liaising closely with fee earners on a daily basis, providing efficient and effective Paralegal support. Exemplary IT, Organisational and Communicate skills are key to this role, as are good academics (including a law degree). Applicants must live in (or within easy commute to) Newcastle Upon Tyne.
