Reliability Engineer

We are hiring a Senior Reliability Engineer for leading Electric Vehicle Charging OEM delivering a charging network across the UK!This role offers a blend of remote work to minimize commuting and provide a calm workspace. However, you should be prepared to travel to our offices in London and assembly facility in the MidlandsResponsibilities:Grow reliability and test capabilities within the OEM business.Manage product certification and third-party testing.Gather, interpret, and present continuous reliability and performance data.Execute RAM studies using reliability techniques and modeling tools for complex systems.Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, plan, and implement continuous improvements.Promote and support structured problem-solving.Champion and implement best practices during product development, such as FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), RBDs (Reliability Block Diagrams), validation and verification testing, and HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Testing) analysis.Manage continuous product testing.Ideal Candidate:Self-motivated and self-managing.Good knowledge of reliability concepts and techniques, such as Fault Tree Analysis, RBDs, and FMEA/FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis).Experience in working with and demonstrating conformance to regulatory standards.Proven experience in creating and implementing product verification test regimes.Experience in defining, setting up, and running physical test infrastructure.Demonstrated skills in problem-solving and continuous improvement.Practical and adaptable mindset.Relevant Engineering Degree
