Supply Teacher

Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire Salary: £170 - £200 per day (depending on experience) Contract: Flexible – Day-to-day, short-term, and long-term roles available Start Date: Immediate About the Role: We are seeking passionate and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team in Peterborough. Whether you specialize in primary or secondary education, we have opportunities for you to work across a variety of schools, offering flexible work schedules to suit your needs. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in line with the national curriculum. * Follow lesson plans provided by the school or create engaging lessons for short-term assignments. * Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. * Adapt quickly to new classroom settings and build rapport with students and staff. * Mark work and provide feedback when required. Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. * Experience in primary or secondary education (NQTs/ECTs welcome to apply). * Strong classroom management skills. * Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments. * A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
