Support Analyst

About the Company: Our ERP Software Vendor Client is seeking a Cloud Support Analyst to be responsible for running the organisation’s IT infrastructure and supporting a dynamic team of international colleagues. About the Role: Working heavily with Microsoft cloud technologies, you will play a critical role in evolving and simplifying our systems, diagnosing and isolating issues, implementing solutions and driving efficiencies across the organisation. Responsibilities: Collaborate across our business units to scope and deliver internal Cloud IT projects Manage and Support Cloud deployment for external customers as well as internal Support end-users and stakeholders Manage and support internal IT systems and infrastructure Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets Create and maintain documentation for cloud environments, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides Provide training to end-users on cloud applications and tools Assist with the integration of cloud-based applications with existing systems Ensure cloud services adhere to security policies and best practices Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in an IT related field, or similar IT industry experience Required Skills: At least three years’ experience in Cloud IT operations / administration / support role A good understanding of Cloud technologies and concepts Business proficiency in English Excellent communication skills Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and tools in an enterprise setting Certifications in Microsoft Azure, M365, Microsoft Teams are beneficial Experience with automation and scripting Passion for learning and innovation Preferred Skills: ERP, or other Business Management Software Pay range and compensation package: Negotiable + Bonus Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
