I am currently in need of a Senior Site Manager to manage the latter stages of a 4 million new build steel frame D&B commercial project based in North London. The project is coming into the final 12 weeks of the programme and needs a Senior to help drive the project through to PC with a focus on the remaining external works internal fit out.
The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a contract manager and be able to do trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.
Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.
My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
